Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Empowering Better Care Rituals Campaign, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following:

  1. Eligibility & Campaign Period

The campaign is open to eligible participants who are residents of Malaysia and meet the campaign requirements.

The campaign runs from 04 September to 04 October.

Participation is free and no purchase is required.

  1. How to Enter

To participate, participants must:

  1. Like and share the campaign post on social media, and tag three (3) friends in the comments.
  2. Complete all five (5) Myth or Fact quiz questions on the campaign landing page.
  3. Submit the required information through the campaign entry form.
  4. Select their preferred prize.
  5. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and submit their entry.

Each participant is limited to one (1) entry during the campaign period.

Only complete and valid entries that fulfil all entry requirements will be considered.

  1. Prizes

There are 20 prizes available:

  • 10 × Little Étoile Everyday Feminine Wash
  • 10 × Little Étoile Gentle Bottom Wash

Participants may indicate their preferred prize when entering the campaign.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferable and are subject to availability.

  1. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected from all eligible entries by RANDOM DRAW METHOD.

A total of 20 winners will be selected.

Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided during registration, including email, phone number and/or social media account.

Winners must respond within 7 business days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, or is found to be ineligible, Little Étoile reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  1. Prize Fulfilment

Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the confirmed winner.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all contact and delivery information submitted is accurate and complete.

Little Étoile is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the participant.

  1. Personal Information & Communications

By entering the campaign, participants consent to Little Étoile collecting and using their personal information for campaign administration, winner notification, prize fulfilment, and Little Étoile communications, including news, care tips, product updates and promotional offers via email and WhatsApp.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Little Étoile’s applicable Privacy Policy.

  1. Disqualification

Little Étoile reserves the right to disqualify any participant or invalidate an entry if the participant:

  • Provides false or misleading information;
  • Submits multiple or fraudulent entries;
  • Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the campaign;
  • Fails to meet the eligibility requirements; or
  • Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  1. Campaign Changes

Little Étoile reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign, or amend these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, technical issues, fraud or other factors affecting the proper operation of the campaign.

Little Étoile’s decision regarding the administration of the campaign and selection of winners will be final, subject to applicable laws.

By selecting “I Agree” and submitting my entry, I confirm that I have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
