From Itchy to Happy Skin Campaign

Terms & Conditions

By joining the From Itchy to Happy Skin Campaign, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation & Eligibility

Participation is voluntary. I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child registered. Registration does not guarantee product sponsorship. Little Étoile will review each application and contact suitable applicants directly.

2. Campaign Commitment

If selected, I agree to use the sponsored Little Étoile skin care products as directed for at least one (1) month, submit clear skin progress photos once every two weeks, complete campaign check-ins and share an honest review of my experience.

3. Safe Product Use

I agree to review the product ingredients and instructions, perform a patch test before broader use and monitor my child’s skin throughout the campaign. I will not use the products if my child has a known allergy to any listed ingredients.

If irritation or an unexpected skin concern occurs, I will stop using and inform the Little Étoile team promptly.

4. Expert Guidance & Medical Care

Little Étoile’s scientific team and/or doctor may provide skin care and product-use guidance where appropriate. This support does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from my child’s healthcare professional.

5. Skin Sensitivities & Existing Care

I agree to disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities or relevant dermatological care. If my child is currently receiving treatment for a skin condition, I should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the campaign products.

6. Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

Individual skin responses may vary. To the extent permitted by law, Little Étoile, its affiliates and representatives are not responsible for reactions or consequences arising from improper use, failure to follow instructions, undisclosed sensitivities, continued use after a reaction, or use contrary to the agreed campaign protocol.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Honest Participation & Brand Integrity

I agree to participate honestly and in good faith. I will not misuse the products, submit false or manipulated information or images, or deliberately create false, misleading, defamatory or harmful content relating to Little Étoile, Max Biocare or their representatives.

This does not prevent me from sharing genuine feedback or raising a genuine product or safety concern.

8. Campaign Participation & Non-Compliance

Little Étoile may discontinue my participation if I provide false information, repeatedly fail to submit required updates, misuse the products, manipulate progress images or seriously breach these Terms & Conditions.

If I fail to fulfil the agreed campaign commitments or withdraw from the campaign without a reasonable or campaign-approved reason after receiving the sponsored products, I agree to reimburse Little Étoile for the sponsored product value of RM165.50 and the applicable delivery costs incurred by Little Étoile.

This reimbursement requirement will not apply where participation is discontinued due to an adverse skin response, medical advice, or another reason accepted by Little Étoile.

9. Photo & Content Consent
I agree to Little Étoile collecting, using, editing and publishing my submitted campaign photos, progress images and reviews for campaign, brand communication and marketing purposes across its official channels.
I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child featured and have the authority to provide this consent.
