TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Little Étoile Mom Creator Program (“Program”).
The Program is designed to connect Little Étoile with moms and creators who enjoy discovering and sharing useful, quality products with their communities.
By submitting an application to the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION
To join the Program, applicants must:
Have at least 1,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube. Create relevant motherhood, parenting, family, lifestyle or related content. Have an engaged and relevant audience. Be able to create quality photo and/or video content. Provide accurate information and a relevant content proposal.
Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee selection. Little Étoile reserves the right to review and select creators based on content quality, audience relevance, content style and product suitability.
2. PROGRAM & PRODUCT COLLABORATION
Each approved collaboration provides the selected creator with ONE Little Étoile product or ONE product bundle.
Creators may indicate their preferred product/bundle during application. However, final product selection is subject to availability and Little Étoile’s approval.
Creators are welcome to collaborate with Little Étoile on multiple products or bundles over time. However, each creator may participate in one collaboration at a time and must successfully complete the current collaboration to qualify for the next opportunity.
Products provided under this Program are complimentary and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
The standard Mom Creator Program does not provide commission or monetary payment. Any separate paid collaboration will be subject to a separate agreement.
3. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
Selected creators agree to create and publish content based on the approved content proposal, agreed requirements and timeline.
Creators are expected to:
Create original, authentic and high-quality content. Present Little Étoile products accurately and naturally. Follow the agreed content format and posting timeline. Comply with applicable social media and advertising disclosure requirements.
Creators must not make false, misleading, medical or unapproved product claims.
Little Étoile may request reasonable amendments where content contains inaccurate product information, misleading claims or does not meet the agreed collaboration requirements.
4. CONTENT USAGE
By participating in the Program, creators grant Little Étoile the right to use, reproduce, repost, edit, publish and distribute approved collaboration content across Little Étoile’s marketing and communication channels, including social media, website, digital campaigns and paid advertising.
Little Étoile may use the content for relevant marketing and promotional purposes, including organic reposting and paid media, without additional payment to the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Little Étoile will use creator content responsibly and appropriately, taking reasonable care to:
- Use the content for relevant and suitable audiences and marketing purposes.
- Not use the content in a misleading, defamatory or inappropriate context.
- Not materially alter the content in a way that misrepresents the creator’s experience or the original meaning of the content.
